Account & Data Deletion
MyEasySchool respects users’ privacy and data rights. This page explains how users can easily request the permanent deletion of their account and associated personal data.
This deletion process applies to the MyEasySchool mobile application and platform available on Google Play.
How to Request Account Deletion
Users who wish to delete their account and associated data can do so by following the steps below:

Note: For security reasons, we may verify ownership of the account before processing the deletion request.
What Data Will Be Deleted
Once an account deletion request is verified and approved, we will permanently delete the following data associated with the user:
- Account information (such as name, email address, and user ID)
- Login and authentication records
- Saved learning progress and activity history
- Quiz results and performance records
- App preferences linked to the account
- Any personal data stored in connection with the user account
After deletion, the account will no longer be accessible.
Data That May Be Retained
In some cases, we may retain limited, anonymized, or non-personally identifiable data for the following purposes:
- Legal or regulatory compliance
- Security and fraud prevention
- System integrity and platform improvement
Any retained data cannot be used to identify an individual user.
Processing Time
Account deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days of receipt.
Partial Data Deletion
At this time, MyEasySchool does not support partial deletion of user data without deleting the associated account. To remove personal data, the full account deletion process must be completed.
Children’s Privacy
MyEasySchool is an educational platform intended for secondary school students and above.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13 without appropriate parental or guardian consent. Parents or guardians who believe their child’s data has been collected may contact us using the details below to request immediate deletion.
